I was amazed by the impeccable service when the staff went above and beyond to help me find my lost necklace, which held significant sentimental value. the ironing facilities in my room were top-notch, allowing me to have wrinkle-free clothes for a formal event. Lastly, the heating in the room was so efficient and cozy, creating a perfect atmosphere for relaxation after a long day of exploring the nearby cafes and restaurants. the combination of these exceptional amenities truly made my stay unforgettable, and I cannot recommend this hotel enough for its outstanding service and attention to detail.
